Family and mission
Lay associates
The Eudist family brings priests, religious, and lay people together in a shared spirituality and mission.
A renewable association
The Congregation’s Constitutions provide for lay people and other clerics to become associates. An association is made with a province for a limited term and may be renewed. Associates share in Eudist spirituality and mission.
A spiritual family
Saint John Eudes intended his foundations to live with a family spirit. From the beginning, the Eudist family has grown through collaboration among priests, religious sisters, and lay people.
A vocation within the Church
Men and women, married and single people, priests and lay people can become associates. Eudist spirituality nourishes their existing vocation within the Church.
Pray, reflect, and serve together
Associates often collaborate in Eudist apostolates, celebrate the Congregation’s liturgical feasts, and meet monthly to reflect on the spiritual heritage of Saint John Eudes. The community also prays that more Christians will be drawn to share in its life and mission.
